Researchers analyzed data from more than 80,000 people, and it turned out racket sports, swimming and aerobics topped the list of best physical activities for lowering the risk of premature death.

Those who played racket sports, such as tennis, badminton or squash, had a 47 percent lower risk of dying during the nine-year study period than non-exercises. Swimmers, meanwhile, had a 28 percent lower risk of death while aerobics' participants enjoyed a 27 percent lower risk of dying .......
